On December 26 2024, the new medium-thick plate project of Shaanxi Steel Group Hanzhong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. passed the comprehensive acceptance organized by Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd., marking the successful completion of the project. Sino-heavymach undertook the all-around consulting process  for providing a full range of consulting and support to smooth the project progress.

Since Sino-heavymach’s Full Consultation Project Department entered into the project site on January 3, 2023, adhering to the principle of professionalism above all, Sino-heavymach has formed an elite team covering experts from multiple fields. With the responsibility of a project manager, it has played a key role in all aspects and important nodes of project management, cost consultation, engineering supervision, and equipment supervision, fully promoting the progress of the project. The project has successfully completed the hot test with zero accidents and high quality standards, and was completed 35 days ahead of schedule.

After the hot test of the project, the Full Consultation Project Department established complete and efficient standards and procedures for project conclusion and acceptance, and set up a professional team to track and organize various work such as defects elimination, functional assessment, special acceptance, project completion acceptance and project settlement. It comprehensively collect all kinds of process documents, drawings and data formed from the investment decision to the implementation stage of the project construction, and guide the contractor to systematically organize and archive the project data in accordance with the national and industry norms and the relevant requirements of Hanzhong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data. The project has passed the special acceptance of lightning protection, energy saving, safety, occupational health, fire protection and so on, and was rated as the 2024 Shaanxi Province Metallurgical Industry High-quality Project. By pre-controlling project investment in advance, strictly reviewing project changes and material price adjustment, and efficiently completing completion settlement, the Full Consultation Project Department has saved funds for the project with a saving ratio of 11.39%.

The new medium-thick plate project of Shaanxi Steel Group Hanzhong Iron and Steel Company is a key project for the group's transformation and upgrading during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period and the realization of the "One Body, Two Wings, and Double Thousand" strategic layout. The completion of this comprehensive acceptance marks a "zero breakthrough" of medium-thick plate production in Shaanxi Province and fills the gap in the medium-thick plate market in the provinces of Sichuan and Shaanxi. Meanwhile, as Sino-heavymach’s first full-process consulting project, it indicates significant achievements in the Sino-heavymach's three-dimensional and diversified development, enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness. It also further consolidates the strategic cooperation foundation between Shaanxi Steel Group and Sino-heavymach, providing a strong guarantee for two sides to achieve high-quality development in a coordinated manner.
