In order to solve the existed problems of 125MN Aluminum Extrusion Press during operation in Southwest Aluminum Company(“the Client”), as the general contractor, Sino-heavymach successfully implemented the project to change the driving system of the Press Machine from hydraulic type to oil type . This Extrusion Press was quite old and made in the yeas of 1960, it is a very critical equipment in the country, especially in military industries and infrastructure fields of China.
Sino-heavymach is in charge of engineering, old equipment disassemble&repairing, as well as new equipment installation and commissioning within the contract period (100 days), and all the hydraulic and electrical system have been changed during this limited duration. After excellent revamping by Sino-heavymach's professional technical team, this 125MN Press can produce aluminum profiles ,tubes&pipes very smoothly with high quality and performance.
